Second time visiting after first visit's pleasant experience. This time, the double room I booked had a smell like incense burning and had to request a room change for a twin room.

The hotel location is good, easy access to public transport, front desk staff are very nice and friendly, and they can speak English and Chinese. The bathroom is a bit unfriendly because the shower flowing water is a bit stuck and start flooding inside the bathroom. The room pillow is very fluffy but the mattress is very very hard, is feel like there is no cushion on the mattress and I was lying on the spring. The hotel wall have no sound proof, easy hear the noise on the street, hotel guest banging the door and talking at the corridor. The room wifi speed is fast. No shower cap, shaver & toothbrush is provide. Free mineral water, coffee & tea only provide in the 1st day you check-in. Free discount voucher for the hotel mini coffee house. Housekeeping service is basic & clean, just don't know why they don't want to change me a new floor mat even though the floor mat is already very dirty. Can smell smoke on the non-smoking floor corridor. Frankly, the hotel only suit for friends or solo traveler and not suit for family and leisure traveler. Overall, I still have a great stay in this residence.

Great location, good and clean facility overall. Though the front counter staff wasn't as friendly as I would normally expect at Korean hotels (even at this price range) They weren't rude and managed to help with my requests but definitely not eager. But to be fair otherwise the hotel itself was good, and the cleaning staff was friendly as well.

Very conveniently located right next to the Dongdemum shopping area. The subway station (Dongdemum Cultural and History) is a 2 minute walk away and offers easy access to other parts of the city (via 3 different lines) - it is 2 stops from Seoul Station (where the Lotte Supermarket is located) and 4 stops from Myeongdong. Rooms are on the small side and can be quite cramped if you have large pieces of luggage. Is comfortable for 1 person, manageable with 2 persons and extremely cramped if you are 3 persons to a room. There is a microwave and small fridge in the room, which is useful for snacks etc. There is also a hot and cold water dispense on every floor which is very convenient. Overall, a good value stay if you are in Seoul mainly for the shopping/food/spending time out and just want a clean and no-frills hotel room to rest in.
