location & Cleanliness. We also liked the breakfast.

The mattress was not very comfortable. And would have liked one comfortable chair in the room, not a desk chair.

Breakfast was a delight and very convenient.

The recommended driver was not very good! Exorbitantly over priced for a 15 ride to the Santa Fe Opera.

Very clean, quiet and convenient. Free water & breakfast. Great bistro

WiFi connection was terrible

We have stayed at Old Santa Fe Inn for decades. This was our first poor experience. The main positives remain location, wonderful staff, breakfast.

Room 7 was horrible. worse than horrible. we were rudely awakened every evening except the last one by the room above us. There is essentially no sound barrier. Moving furniture, walking around and even voice transmissions. I spoke with the front desk and they offered to move us but by then we were all set up. The hassle of moving all of our stuff again was just too much. We hoped maybe it would get better? It did not. For a 5 day stay, I would have thought we would have been given a better room? How could the front desk not know that room 7 was a crap room??

Location was good

The fact that I booked a room for me n my husband that had a fireplace and a balcony and we had to move to another room that was not what I selected because the fireplace in the room that I selected wasn’t working. It just threw my surprise that I planned for my husband was spoiled

Breakfast- great. Room- Cute and clean. Note- it is a motel- drive to the room style. Location- great.
