The staff are rude,the place is unclean, the heating is not enough,there is no place to put clothes in the shower.and there is no place to put shampoo and lye in the shower room ,there are blood stains on the sheets

Blood and stains all over bed sheets also i booked a queen bed and what they got for me was two single bed, when i talked to reception he was saying it’s normal for our hotel dirty sheets and 2 single bed is a KING BED!!!!!
