The staff do nothing, i ordered a meal to my room on Monday the tray & plates where still there Friday when i checked out They don’t clean the towels, bedding One day of soap one day of coffee they don’t replenish or clean What is in there when you get there is it Also no secure parking it’s open to anyone same with the front door anyone can go in at any time

Had a really nice and comfortable stay

Family room was quite large but the TV was old and the picture was poor. The beds were quite hard. No breakfast was available. The under ground car park was dirty and dingy and open to walk in off the street.

Very unimpressed with this place. Very large cockroach in the toilet bowl , carpet covered in stains, spa floor was dirty and furniture was particularly old and tired would never stay here again.

We tried to ring the service desk multiple times but no answer, we didn’t have any toilet paper in our room. The website also states that they do breakfasts in the restaurant , for some reason they this was not an option when we stayed.

After reading previous reviews was a little skeptical. But the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Yes decor was old, but the room had a retro feel that we liked. Parking was easy. Would recommend.

Easy place to stay, undercover parking and conveniently close to the city yet it’s very quiet. Could use a good deep clean inside and out.

This hotel was the worst we have visited. We arrived and the guy on reception looked like he would rather be anywhere else than there. We got the card for our room. Had to pay a $100 bond which i didn't begrudge until we got upto the room. The room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years, the front of the cupboards were filthy and also looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. The mattress was terribly saggy in the middle and one of the lamps on the bedside had a globe blown. We went down and asked to move to a different room and they moved us to a bigger room with a king size bed and the room was almost as dusty and dirty so we couldn't be bothered dealing with them again so we kept the key and just went home for the weekend and dropped the key back on the Sunday morning. We have a baby in the NICU at Monash clayton so the last thing we need is to get sick or take some sort of bug in there to her due to lack of cleanliness. The whole place is very tired and run down and dirty and needs a big overhaul. Wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Wotif should scrutinize their accommodations they allow to list on the site so people don't get misled like this. All we wanted was a couple of nights away not too far from the hospital for a break from everything and it was the worst choice to pick here.
