A comfortable and spacious room. The place is looking a bit tired but great value for the money. No complaints

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. For the price its good. The rooms are spacious and have a good table if you need to take work calls remotely using laptop. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Underground car parking is free and spacious which is a big plus. On the cons, some of the fittings are a bit dated. The shower was a bit tempremental being very cold or very hot. The Wifi didnt work well after a few days so we got our own Prepaid data sim. Overall i would recomend this hotel as for the price its pretty good...

Older hotel, pictures on site must be from many years ago. Was clean and comfortable and price was good. Quiet spacious room. Will return.

The property is looking tired and reception staff presentation could have been a little better. Having said that the price was value for money and certainly met all our requirements. Outside presentation needs work for example weeding should be carried out at the front.

Either :1. I was in another hotel 2.I was very lucky to get a 'good' room 3. Management improve a lot. Didn't check the internet ratings before I booked, then saw all the 1 star reviews. Absolutely hate smelly filthy dirty hotel room. Surprise to find the room was spacious, no smell, no obvious dirt & filth & I am not going to look for it. Good price for a decent clean overnight stay. ps. It was a saturday & there was an karaoke going on, noisy until 10pm.

I was very apprehensive about our stay after reading the online reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the place is dated and would benefit from a major revamp but was clean and tidy and was value for money.

good price and service

Check in/ out was easy. Car Park good. Lift broken , Room was dirty , Hotel very dated . Getting charged $100.00 bond - that gets refunded to card in 2-3 weeks. Unacceptable.

Location is convenient for us. Sadly it's a tired hotel in need of a good revamp in many areas. Some renos have taken place in the bathrooms, but needs a lot more
