Lift broken. Checked into a room that was still uncleaned from previous occupant. New room up flight of stairs despite conversation of needing ground floor due to lift broken. Filthy new room. Filthy in all areas. Spa jets not cleaned. Shower is more of a fine mist. Never again.

We noticed the whole building is run down and is in need of huge maintenance and cleaning inside and out. Our asian meal was very nice but expensive.

Our stay was enjoyable, however, the way they charge is extremely inconvenient and not explained at check in. I was charged the room fee, informed of a $100 room bond which is refundable in 7-10days, but I was ALSO charged the room fee a second time and when I rang to question this, was told this is normal, if you bank with Westpac, which I don’t!!!! Then told, it will be refunded in 7-10days! That is not acceptable, and extremely inconvenient. We were going to be returning guests but not with this inconvenience and method of charging!

Cobwebs in all corners of the room, Mirrors hadnt been clean. No help from staff to get bags to the room for 2 x women and baby at 11.00pm at night

How can a place like thisoperate or be supported by wotif? Utterly disgraceful.

Property would have been great 20 years ago. Badly needs refurbished and no breakfast available which is unheard of for inner city hotel. Rooms good sized, clean, staff friendly but badly needs some upgrading and breakfast offering!
