The room was not clean and basic maintenance hasn't been done like paint peeling in the bathroom, someone's hair was on the wall tiles in the shower, mold in the tile grout , upon walking in to the hotel there was dirt all over the floor in the main entrance, and back in our room, no Flyscreens on the windows and window winders were all broken, i also phoned to order breakfast from the room book and was told that the kitchen is only open for lunch and dinner. Over all not worth $179 a night and will never stay there again.

The place is very run down room smelt musty will not stay there again after I have stayed there many times

Stayed in delux room and was nice apart from no scenic view.

The first thing you noticed was the state of the carpet and walls, unkempt and dirty. The lift didn't work and there was no hot water.

there is no serice, been standing at receiption for half an hour, and calling no answering, and finally get someone, telling they are busy with restaurant.

Room was very spaceous. Frosted coffee table glass was stained from the underside, chair stuffing indicates they're quite old and the carpet of the staircase was dirty.

The hotel was well presented with onsite free parking and 24 hour check in easy. The room was quiet, well appointed, well lit and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was modern and stylish. The big problem was no breakfast. The booking site advertised "breakfast available", but when I asked about ordering breakfast I was told that because of Covid they had stopped breakfast service. The booklet of services and amenities in the room also said breakfast available and gave the times available. This was untrue. The hotel was serving dinner at night, so they had a functioning kitchen and an attractive dining room. No Covid problem with dinner. I think that the hotel should be required to update its online info to make it accurate. If they don't offer breakfast there should be no mention of breakfast. Travellers should be able to trust the details of the listing.

good staff very convenient

Even though the listing said there was a restaurant it wasn’t opened on a Friday night. No notice of this so disappointing after driving over 3 hours.

Curt and unfriendly staff. Nice big room. Website says breakfast and dinner restaurant available on site - it wasn't operating. Noisy heat pump in the bedroom.
