Excelent front desk person Mss Daniela, she was very helpfull and cordial. Also good housekeeping on our floor, helpfull. Shopping Galerry is extreamly helpfull as it was raining all times.
Cheap on toiletries. Only 2 Dixie cups. No kleenex. Only 2 towels. Breakfast buffet was good.

El desayuno para celiacos e intolerantes al gluten y lactosa a pesar de avisarlo cuando se contrato el desayuno que estuve una semana cuanto apenas me sirvieron 2 panes pequeños de bollería congelado y calentado al microondas que se quedaba mas duro que una piedra . Sin posibilidad de desayunar nada mas. Mientras que las otras personas pagaban lo mismo que yo y podian tener un desayuno completo. Una discriminacion muy grande para un problema de alimentacion.
The hotel is strategically located next to a train stop and a shopping center. If you are looking for a good-budget hotel, this might be your option. It's not in the center of the tourist areas, however, you can get to the touristy places in 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious.
Wonderfully connected to all the core areas of Porto, just outside of the hotel is the Metro stop
