Ibis is voor mij nou niet gelijk dat je denkt dat is een luxe hotel maar deze is uitstekend. Mooi en licht van binnen. Prima kamer. Loopafstand van de metro die je in een paar minuten in het centrum van Porto brengt.
Hotel is outside of center but onky a 12 min tram ride which is located outside of hotel. A small shoping center is located one floor below hotel with good eating areas and a very nice grocery store. Rooms are equipped with aircon., tv, good beds, basic. Near hospital, quiet area, nice lobby.
The hotel is horrible to find when driving there in the dark. Only small signs, SIX of them, lead you the way and when it's dark, you're driving a car you've just rented and you don't know the city, it's not easy. A very friendly and helpful member of the lobby staff helped us to get there. Breakfast rather poor and the pizza you can get in the afternoon and evening not to be recommended. Some of the lobby staff don't know English. But the hotel is clean and pretty well situated - once you know where it is.
Recepción muy lenta, con dudas. El hotel está en general, desgastado salvo la zona de abajo, recepción, sala de desayuno, por cierto muy bueno y variado. Las habitaciones necesitan una reparación, en especial los baños. Los techos de estos estaban con una especie de láminas descolocadas, con óxido, incluso una de las habitaciones nos la tuvieron que cambiar porque caía agua oscura de dicho techo, cosa que no les pareció raro al personal. Llevamos dos perros pequeños, cobran 15€ por noche y por mascota, independientemente si pesa 60 kg como si pesa 1kg ( caso de uno nuestro ), no es justo.
Really good option outside of the city center, but with easy access there and to the tourist attractions nearby. Good public transportaion, it also offers parking in case you need it. Breakfast is charged apart, but worth paying for. The property is located in the top of a shopping mall, which makes easier for shopping or food.
great location by the metro station and on the top of a shopping mall. Even though the hotel is not located in the city center, it is easy enough to get there and to the tourist attractions using the convenient metro nearby. The mall also offers a range of services, which makes shopping easier as well.

Hotel situado encima de un centro comercial. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Moderno, limpio y personal muy amable. Parking en las instalaciones gratis.

Frühstücksbuffet gut, aber jeden Tag das genau gleiche Angebot. Schön wäre etwas Abwechslung bei Käse und Wurstwaren. Lage prima.
