Must e improved Breakfast

The views from the room and terrace were stunning, offering a panorama of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Capri and the coastline. The room and bathroom were spacious, but with minimal amenities. The room also included access to a shared kitchen. The property is in a nice location and very convenient if you are traveling by car, but also easily accessible by bus from Sorrento, with a bus stop located just a few minutes away.

We were disappointed with no cleaning service or towel changes during our stay. Towel change is provided only at request. This was surprising, particularly for a property rated as 4 stars. Breakfast was modest, with limited savory options available. The lack of hospitality and communication from the hosts, which showed no interest in making our one-week stay unforgettable, left some small distaste in our overall impression.

The location of the place was absolutely incredible, situated on top of a hill with breathtaking views of Capri and stunning sunsets. The property also features a pool and a jacuzzi, which are great added bonuses.

Breakfast was underwhelming, served in a dark room with limited natural light and made up mostly of low-quality packaged items. Considering the incredible terrace with breathtaking views, breakfast could easily be elevated into a much more enjoyable experience. There were also some issues with guest amenities: only two small bottles of shampoo (20 mL each) were provided for two people over two nights, the hairdryer was outdated and barely functional, and the rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. The jacuzzi, though a great feature, was unfortunately not well maintained, with leaves floating in it and clogged filters. The biggest inconvenience was the very narrow check-in window—from 2 to 5 PM—with a significant fee charged for late arrivals. Given the premium price point, we expected a higher standard of hospitality and service.

We booked Torre Elisabetta Rooms for three nights but it was so disappointing that we left after the first night! The Booking.com portal showed a free shuttle & swimming pool. The shuttle didn't exist & the pool was closed. After complaining to the owner & leaving, we realised that he had deleted some of the misleading information from the portal. We however had taken a screenshot to confirm what we had relied on when booking. There are also misleading claims on the portal regarding short distances to the beach & Centre. This I consider to be a deliberate attempt to make the property more appealing when it is in fact far away from any amenities. I have advised Booking.com that they are inaccurate yet they are still on the portal. This property is definitely not suitable for anyone without a car. The roads do not have any footpaths at all with constant high speed traffic & blind bends! Nearest ‘restaurant’ is a 10 minute walk away on this dangerous road. We went on our first night on the recommendation of the owner. Don’t bother booking he said! It was closed! There is nothing else around here within a 30 minute walk! Nearest shop is 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. It’s very basic, open limited hours & caters primarily to the locals. Worst breakfast we had in 24 days in Italy. Everything is cheap packaged rubbish. Taxis around here if you can get one are extremely expensive. We paid €30 for a 5 minute trip. Buses are irregular & unpredictable. We stayed in the Maisonette/Tower room. The most expensive room at the property. It was awful. Gloomy, old furniture, concrete type flooring, felt cold. Bathroom downstairs was so small you couldn’t swing a cat in it. Stone steps up to bedroom with no handrail from half way up. Really dangerous particularly at night! I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

The staff is very frendly and helpful.

The location isn't very convenient for travelers who don't drive.

This property is hands down the best find in Massa Lubrense! Clean, quiet, beautiful, with gorgeous views from the terrace. I look forward to another stay!

Great location for those who like to be away from the town. Big room with a great view. Very kind and helpful host.

The breakfast could be better. It's difficult to travel in and out without the car, so it's better to have one.
