Nice room, view from the terrace and good breakfast.

There are several reasons why we didn't like it. 1) communication is a disaster, they sent me 20 messages on Booking and WhatsApp, many duplicate. They wanted me to action but sent 3 invalid links before they managed to send the correct one. At the same time, they were ignoring my question. 2) check-in time frame is only 3 hrs and they want extra 60-100 EUR if you arrive later. Seriously? 3) no cleaning in the room, no towel changes 4) they closed a pool and sent the info at 12.30, our plan was to use the pool that day. Since many beaches around are paid or hard to access, you need to make plans in advance (don't think you can walk to a beach from the accommodation) 5) it takes several minutes to get hot water in the shower 6) there is a net in the window against mosquitos but it has holes so mosquitos got inside and did their job 😞 Ps: if you want to arrive with your private car and it's bigger than Fiat Panda, maybe you should reconsider it. The drivers in the area are wild, there are no rules on the roads whatsoever. I am glad we rented one and had full insurance

Tout , sans oublier l'acceuil chaleureux de Luca ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Une terasse magnifique, face à Capri , parfaite pour un petit apéro au coucher du soleil et le petit dejeuner. Un silence majestueux après la visite de Naples .... un parking ....Et, une piscine pour se relaxer sous les oliviers .... nous recommandons cette étape sans hésitation !

Perfect location. Amazing view. Quiet but close to everything great. Sorrento or a boat to Amalfi. Lucca very helpful especially considering we got lost driving there! Antonio was making some pizza and surprised us with some. It made us feel so welcome. Then there is Anna. She is so lovely and helpful. The room was so lovely. Clean. Epic view. A pool to cool off with after a hot day. Perfect.

The facilities were amazing, the roof top with the view on Capri was stunning! The staff also very kind, Luca is a great guy, Ana in charge of the breakfast was really nice and help us for booking our beach day. All the staff is really kind. The room was perfectly clean, bed and pillows really confortable!!

Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni , staff molto gentile e disponibile . Terrazza con splendida vista . Camere ampie pulite e ben tenute . Piacevole il Relax in piscina

La struttura ha un altissimo potenziale basterebbe qualche piccolo accorgimento : una colazione un po’ più ricca e lo snack bar aperto tutto il Giorno per godere al meglio della terrazza che è incantevole

Panorama eccezionale ed ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere qualsiasi località dei due golfi. Una ottima esperienza

La vue incroyable.

Terrazza magnifica con panorama mozzafiato su Capri e Ischia. Camera silenziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Gentilezza dello staff. Colazione buona servita sulla terrazza.
