​Huge disappointment. Terrible service and hidden fees – Avoid! This is not a hotel at all, but rather a private villa in an isolated location. If you don't have a car, it is extremely difficult to get here or move around. Aside from a great view from the rooftop terrace (definitely NOT from the rooms), this place has nothing to offer. ​We travel a lot and book through Booking.com constantly, but we have never encountered such awful service. We notified the owner that we would arrive around 7:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM. Immediately, we received a hostile message demanding a 60 Euro "late check-in fee" via a payment link, threatening that we wouldn't be allowed in if we didn't pay upfront. No one had ever informed us beforehand about this policy. Calling the owner didn't help; he was rude, unhelpful, and completely inflexible. ​The villa itself is old and built on multiple levels. We booked two rooms for two couples and were placed in a semi-basement. One room had a strong odor of mold. To make matters worse, there was unbearable noise from ongoing renovation work right outside our windows and doors, including stone and ceramic cutting, along with thick dust. We couldn't open a window or sit outside for the entire Saturday we were there. We recorded a video of the chaos and sent it to the owner, but he completely ignored us—no reply, no apology, and zero compensation. ​It is deeply saddening that our vacation was ruined this way. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

L'accueil est chaleureux avec Anna très arrangeante et faisant tout pour faciliter notre séjour. Le lieu tranquille est magique avec vue sur Capri, Ischia, le Vésuve. Il est proche de Sorrente mais loin de l'agitation touristique. Le futur restaurant et les aménagements en cours apporteront à ce lieu encore plus de charme!

La terrazza fantastica, illuminata anche di notte. Colazioni molto fornite, personale cordiale e attento. Le camere sempre pulite e molto spaziose, con vista mare.
