great breakfast. Location was central but a little hard to navigate with odd street arrangements.

staff at desk were helpful but not very knowledgeable about things like tourist attraction. Tour agency in house had limited hours and only did sales, not other information. I asked a luggage helpful where the pool was and he didn't know you had one! Overall, you need a concierge

La atención en general fue buena, en especial del Sr. Harry (valet parking)

Tuvimos una diferencia con uno de los chicos de la entrada, fue algo grosero al solicitarle el servicio de valet parking, nos dijo que el encargado se encontraba cenando, pero que fuera a la recepción a quejarme tenia algún problema. 2. En ningún momento se nos informo que el servicio de valet parking es sólo hasta las 10:00 pm.
