La amabilidad de la gente

Es un peligro, desaseado, sucio, el agua caliente la colocan a necesidad, los piso grasosos y manchados, aplican sera graso y solo buscan ocultar el mugre, el desayuno es terrible, los huevo frios y más cocinados y si se piden a gusto los sirve de pésima manera, la comida da diarrea y es de presumir que es por el poco aseo, tiene voceadores de taxi dentro del hotel, los pisos de ingreso llenos de grasa y sucios, no limpian; el uniforme del personal es terrible y generalmente están sucios… YN DESASTRE DE HOTEL , no es de 5 estrellas, es de ninguna

Tiene una buena ubicación y el staff fue amable en el check in y en dar soluciones a nuestras peticiones. El desayuno era completo con diversas opciones. La vista en los pisos superiores es increíble. Buena conexión con el centro comercial de en frente.

El ambientador del lobby es terrible y hace dar dolor de cabeza. Nada debería tener ambientador. Fueron muy amables en proporcionar una cama adicional para la reserva, pero al colchón se le sentían todos los resortes. Muy incómodo.

The breakfast had variety of options and was good , close proximity to everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe and secure .

They could've provided more basic appliances like microwave and hot water. The gym also is in renovation and was not accessible
