We stayed in the family rooms. Overall a very good experience but I expected better room quality when you call yourself as a 5 start hotel. Rooms were more or less 3.5 stars out of 5. Decent. The other parts of the hotel are very nice. With direct access to the beach. Hotel is very clean. Highly recommended with kids and family.

Bar service in the beach - terrible quality We ask for2 cocktails and it was a juice Very low quality also in the bar near the restaurant ( they do not understand what we ask for)

Overall, the hotel has potential, but the experience doesn’t currently match its 5-star rating, not even close from any I’ve ever experienced. The views are beautiful and the main rooms are spacious and clean. However, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. Service: Many interactions felt indifferent rather than welcoming. On a couple of occasions when approaching the bar, a staff member picked up a phone and walked away, and very rarely did any staff even crack a smile, which didn’t create a positive atmosphere. Cleanliness: While the rooms themselves were clean, I witnessed a cleaner using the same mop on both the floor and the handrails. This was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Breakfast: The selection is the same every day and more in line with a standard 3-star offering. After 8/8.30am, the area becomes extremely crowded, with waits to be seated, lots of noise, and a generally chaotic feel. Facilities and extras: WiFi is unreliable and frequently drops. Opening a room tab requires a €360 deposit, and food and drink prices are high, soft drinks are watered down draft - in a 5 star hotel at 5 star prices. Lounger service cannot be charged to the room, so happy days on the €360 we put on the tab… The hotel advertises direct access to the beach, but the beach itself is public and busy and the loungers cost €12–24 per day, my bum barely touched the seat before a card machine was in my face. There is no shuttle service to town, so taxis are necessary. There has been no entertainment during our stay so far. A sewage smell has been present around the main hotel for the past two days. In summary, the hotel charges and markets itself as a 5-star property, but several service, communication, and maintenance issues prevent it from delivering a true 5-star experience. With improvements in staff engagement, clearer information about extra costs, and better upkeep, it could offer a much more enjoyable stay rather than a healthy profit for the owners.
