"Modern hotel, great location, comfortable room"

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to tourist attractions and a few minutes walk from the Sluizeken T4 tram stop (useful to get around the city and to take you to or from Gent St Pieters station). Staff were very helpful, room was modern and well-equipped. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Would happily stay here again.

Great location. Nice size room and bathroom. Nice selection at brekfast and cery tasty food

Property needs some TLC. Wobbling railing by the uneven stairs(the bottom stair was taller)up to our room. Room overall clean but half used sugar pouches were left on the tray. Brekfast items were not promptly replenished causing lack od choices. Both cofee machines were broken 3out of 5 times.
