Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport

Though some of the employees at this hotel were very nice and professional—particularly the evening front desk staff who were welcoming and accommodating—my overall experience was disappointing due to a few rude and unprofessional individuals, especially the morning staff on Friday. I raised a concern about the excessive noise from being placed directly in front of both the elevator and ice machine. When I spoke to the manager (I believe her name was Caroline), she initially claimed there were no available rooms to move me. Only after I mentioned checking out did she suddenly find a room on the backside of the hotel, closer to the street and parking lot. What made matters worse was that when I returned to the front desk, Caroline and another staff member seemed to think the situation was a joke. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This stay could have been much more pleasant if the morning management team took guest concerns seriously and acted with the same level of professionalism as the evening staff.

Front Desk staff was awful, lacking customer service and not very helpful.

Location was excellent as were the staff.

A bit dated. Needs to be freshened up and modern.

Needed to have been cleaned a little better. Cleaning job looked rush. Towels had stains, bedding had stains, quite a bit of hair on floor in bathroom.

This hotel is uncooperative and unwilling to remedy a mistake in booking. Do NOT do business with this establishment.

I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the room until around 12pm but when we got back that evening housekeeping had not come in our room.
