Very comfortable modern hotel, friendly staff, and pet friendly.

Booking.com website indicated a price that included the pet fee. However, upon arrival I was charged an additional fee for my pet.

As a Hilton member, I frequently stay at Hilton's hotels for business purposes. It is a very nice and clean hotel. The employee at the front desk, Mrs. Cardi, was amazing and made my stay very comfortable. The bed disappointed me greatly. It seemed like the bed was very old. It made an awful squeaking sound. I had to ask Ms. Cardi for extra comfort to be put on the mattress because it was so hard. It felt like an old couch. The lady was very nice and helped me without any problems. In addition, she gave me a free breakfast ticket. With her smile and amazing customer service, Ms. Cardi made my day.

Hotel was great! Beds were pretty comfortable overall. Location was great and close to everything.

Nothing major except pillows were a little too soft so had to double up to be comfortable.
