"Great reception, Denise is the best!"

Denise was welcoming and accommodating to me as I arrived early. I weas set up with internet access and she was able to get my room form me in minutes. Clean hotel with a great reception!

"Not what I expected from the Hilton name."

Staff were great. Lobby is nice. Rooms clean.

Bathroom door didnt shut. Frame needs work. Mattress rolled a little to one side. Aging building.

The refrigerator was broken . The replacement was not much better. There was no freezer available . We asked if some of our items that needed a freezer could be stored overnight in pantry. Manager said no. The room was dingy, old and not updated. There were NO USB plugs for charging.

"1st Wedding Anniversary"

The staff was so accommodating allowing us an early checkin and gave us an upgrade and bottle of wine because it was our anniversary. The suites are huge. It may as well have been a spacious 1 bedroom apartment minus a kitchen. The bed was so comfortable with plush white linens. Convenient location one block from the riverfront.

Dog friendly hotel... fine but they allowed the dogs anywhere throughout the hotel including the lobby lounge, the bar and the restaurant. And not little lap dogs. I think it was a contest of who had the biggest dog with them.
