GBINWe had a memorable stay at the hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond for us. After checkout, my daughter wasn't feeling well, and the staff were incredibly caring. They kindly arranged a bed for her to rest and even asked if she needed chukku kappi or anything else to make her feel better. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference, as the rest allowed her to recover and helped us have a comfortable journey back home. The only regret we have is that when we came out after her rest, the wonderful staff who helped us had already left for the day, and we couldn’t thank them in person. To those amazing individuals – a heartfelt thank you! Your kindness will always be remembered. Highly recommended for their hospitality and care.
SAGood location, supportive and professional staff at front desk/ reception , restaurant , room service and house keeping. Appreciating and thanking Mr.Sanjith at the restaurant for his support during final day and early check out. Overall it was a nice staying.
Room seems little small especially for a 4 members family, could have been better if the room size is little bigger. During check in we got problem in TV connection and minor issue at bathroom bathing mixer faucet, informed at the desk in the same time. TV connection got solved during next day , but the faucet issue has not been solved. But it is ok. We doubt regarding the effective functioning of exhaust fan in the bathroom. Better to have tissue papers in the room.
