Front office called me and told checkin will be delayed because room is not cleaned yet, then I told if I can get a delayed checkout I don't have any issue and they said okay. But in front office story changed. Price and some policy..Staff told Visitor not allowed in the single room but earlier in phone they informed that upto 8pm visitors are allowed. They took extra 1120rs and allowed the visitor for 2 hours because by the time it was 12 and my checkout time reached as per the staff.
