J'ai particulièrement apprécié la chambre, la façade de l'hôtel, les services proposés, ainsi que l'amabilité et l'accueil chaleureux de l'ensemble du personnel.

Le départ de l'hôtel à 11h00 pourrait être optimisé. Un départ à 12h00, comme proposé par d'autres établissements avoisinants, serait appréciable. De même, une arrivée anticipée à 14h00 au lieu de 16h00, moyennant un supplément de 40 euros, me semble onéreuse compte tenu du coût de l'hébergement déjà réglé.

Piscine fermé jusqu’au 7 juillet 2026 aucune indication lors de l enregistrement effectivement c’est marqué en tous petit sur booking mais sinon rien et le prix reste le même

Vue sur le port

Personnel pas vraiment formés au niveau 4 étoiles, je ne m'attends pas à devoir demander au personnel de nettoyer le buffet du petit déjeuner. Peignoir sale de maquillage à notre arrivée, j'attends plus de contrôle d'un hôtel 4*! Il n'y a pas de parking, car seulement quelques places. L'annonce devrait préciser "parking sur réservation en fonction de la disponibilité". J'avais reçu un SMS m'annonçant que nous n'avions pas de place de parking à notre arrivée, mais aucune réponse à ma question par SMS concernant les autres jours de notre séjour...
