Petit déjeuner

Ne pas avoir accès à la piscine et surtout ne pas avoir été informé de la non disponibilité. J'ai payé une prestation que je n'ai pas eu. J'ai demandé un geste commercial à Booking mais pas de retour pour le moment. Très déçue

"Very nice place and perfectly located with parking possibilities away from the public places."

It was generally great, clean and comfortable, stuff was friendly and great.

Too much noise in the morning in the building that it was not possible to sleep in.

À peu près tout. Très bien situé, spacieux, personnel agréable, chambre sympa avec belle vue sur Deauville, multiples places dans le hall pour se poser, salle de petit déjeuner plaisante

Seul point notable mais négligeable, vu notre trop court séjour, la piscine fermée pour travaux.

"Sehr zentrale Lage"

Die Lage war sehr zentral und wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Leider waren wir enttäuscht, weil wir das Hotel wegen des Parkplatzes und des Pools gebucht hatten. Beide konnten wir nicht benutzen. Des Personal war sehr freundlich und sprachen viele Sprachen

Dommage que la réservation ait été faite sans nous préciser que la piscine était fermée Nous l avions réservé pour ça et l avons su en arrivant sur place Ce n est pas la faute de l hôtel mais celui de votre site La prestation a été payée avec cette équipement alors que l hôtel a baissé le prix des chambres en fonction de cette fermeture mais pas votre site

La chambre tres bien tout le necessaire y etait et le personnel de l accueil tres gentil et accueillant

Juste un tout petit bemol les wc sont un peu petits et bas C est tout
