We had a pleasant stay, the location is excellent, but this does not feel like a 5 star hotel. In general the staff were friendly, however arrival was not great. I would expect a drink to be offered on arrival and to be shown to our room rather than being pointed to the general direction. The room was small but clean and pleasant. No full length mirror, only mirrors were those above the sink. Room shows sign of wear and tear e.g. flaking bath and towels were worn. Breakfast was good though not a huge choice. Cocktails and service at the bar were excellent.
