"Mini break"

Staff were all the most friendly we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was full buffet style and set us up for the day. Hotel in great location for sight seeing.

"Perfect Hotel"

Just returned from a brilliant few days in Valencia. This hotel is in a perfect location for the sights, the metro and the restaurants. Very easy to get to and from the airport and cheap. The staff are very helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and loved the chocolate in the evening. Our room faced the main road but didn’t cause any noise issues. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet and you can order freshly cooked eggs. My only criticism is that the room is not big enough for the number of guests at busy times. Get down before 0845 is my advice and also at weekends it doesn’t open until 0800, be warned if you have a morning flight. However we were allowed in whilst they were still setting up which was appreciated. Fabulous hotel in this fabulous city - don’t hesitate too book.

"Fabulous location and great Staff Team"

Staff team were superb, very attentive, Jesus specially, everyone was attentive and helpful. Restaurant was really good, great quality and creative meals. Definitely recommend it to anyone exploring Valencia. Perfect location too.

Très proche du centre. Facile d'accès à pied. Très bon accueil du personnel. Une personne très sympathique parle le français. Mention spéciale pour Mathilde. C'est très appréciable. Jesus parle également le français et est très aidant et à l'écoute. Spa agréable. Bon service au bar avec un choix varié de snacks.

La literie : les matelas n'étaient pas confortables.

Great location in central Valencia and close to transportation and amenities. The staff was helpful and overall quite nice, and the hotel itself looks new and fresh, so the overall experience was quite good.

- You need to be escorted to the spa by a member of staff, which can lead to long waits (~10 minutes). This is a bit uncomfortable as you need to wait in reception in your robe and spa slippers while people go along with their business. - The room was smaller than expected and the TV was positioned at a weird angle that limited movement and made the space feel smaller. - I was expecting more from the spa facilities (bigger pool, more diversity of water jets)
