Hospes Palau de La Mar, Valencia, a Member of Design Hotels

We stayed here for three days and were happily surprised on how beautiful the hotel is as the photos dont do it any justice. Our room was luxurious and splendid while sober and tastefylly decorated. It had all sorts of thoughtful details and we felt very welcome by the staff. Is one of tbe best hotels we have been to..

Stayed at this hotel for a 3 night city break. Booked a terrace room in the courtyard. Room was modern and spacious. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent will good variety of food choices. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all attractions. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

I will now tell my friends. If you can’t find me I haven’t been raptured , I’ve gone to Hospes Palau de la mar A great experience from the rooms to the staff. The hotel is situated within walking distance of almost everything. It is in a wonderful neighborhood with very interesting shopping highlighted by local designers. The food (in the hotel and around) is exquisite and diverse. After a long day of exploring the rooms are an oasis of comfort allowing one to luxuriate and recuperate. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff offered us the upmost in service. All were extremely professional and truly caring. This was epitomized by Jesus telling us to come back because this (the hotel) is our home And indeed we feel at home at the Hospes Palau de la mar. The location was central to the beach, City of Arts and Sciences and the Central Market and Plaza. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

El hotel en lineas generales bastante bien, tengo que destacar lo agradable que era el personal.

En cuestiones a mejorar diría el colchón de la cama, no me pareció muy cómodo y el buffet me pareció algo escaso de variedad, pero correcto, las instalaciones de gimnasio y spa, bastante pequeño, sin embargo para ser un hotel 5* las expectativas se quedan un poco altas.

Location of the hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and supportive. Complimentary chocolate was nice. Hotel provided parking service for additional price 27 eur but it is comfortable option.

The towels were grey, the room was tiny. The breakfast is poor, no fresh vegetables or herbs, a lot of meat instead. Common area are not good cleaned( sauna, toilets).

Excellent service of the front desk staff

We booked a room with terrace. Unfortunately it was on ground floor outside not in the main building. It was rather dark and felt like being in a cellar. The staff made it possible to move us in a better room in the main building.
