"Great apartment in a great area of TLV"

We had an issue in our room and we contacted the owner and quite quickly they transferred us to another room. Glad they did, it improved our stay greatly.

Very pleased with my 4 day stay. It is a family owned place and they take good care of their guests. The place is meticulously clean and has everything you need! There is a fully equipped kitchen with the oven, microwave, dishes, serving utensils, and cookware. The room and the bathroom were very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel like an AC, TV, hairdryer, and amazingly smelling shampoo and show gel. The service was great too. A few days before arrival, the owner contacted us to ask for the time of arrival and was able to accommodate an early check-in. We received instructions how to enter the building a few days prior and on the day of arrival. It was very easy to get in (not sure why someone experienced any issues). Coffee was refilled daily and the kitchen was always in a perfect condition. Most importantly, we felt welcomed. The owner was always available on WhatsApp and replied quickly to all our questions with helpful information and recommendations. Location is also great. Central to the beach (10-15 minute walk) and city attractions. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores. Very happy with our stay and our hosts. Would strongly recommend and would be happy to stay again when visiting Tel Aviv in the future.

it's a nice, clean place. good location in the middle of the city. good value. the shared kitchen is very well equipped.

if i had to name anything it's that the water always drenches the whole bathroom when you take a shower as there's no border there.

In good reachable (walking) distance to literally everything. Nice bars, restaurants and cafes close by. Uncomplicated check in. Hosts are well reachable too.

A clothing rack/closets to store clothing in the room would be a great addition.

Friendly, efficient owner. They took very good care of us to every last request. Very clean and neat and very centrally located.

There was just a small problem with the door lock, but could not fault this property. Excellent Value and comfort.
