"Very nice and clean apartment. Good facilities and location."

The location is very good - very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The apartment is so clean and well decorated. The kitchen is shared and cleaned daily.

Because the kitchen is shared, there were people cooking and socializing at 23.00 while I'm trying to sleep! The apartment should forbid such things after 22.00.

Good location. Fairly clean. Refrigerator with decent freezer (although shared with the other guests in the apt).

There was a musty smell in the room and the adjacent bathroom. No screens on window, so we could not air out the room at night. Not much room for hanging up clothes.

"Well equipped apartment in perfect location."

The Roza Apartment is a great place to stay at TelAviv. The apartment is spotless clean and the furnishing is of high quality. The room is equipped with a modern Smart-TV and a very comfortable bed. Im the shared kitchen there is a coffee machine, a large fridge and another TV. The location is perfect in the center of Tel Aviv, close to many cafés and restaurants with a 24/7 supermarket. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away. A number buses leave in front of the house. The owner was very easy to contact and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you very much! We had a wonderful time and will stay again at Roza Apartments when we come back to Tel Aviv.
