La Quinta by Wyndham Prattville

Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option.

Check-in went great we arrive late. Had two rooms offered an adjoining room, no issues. Upon coming off the elevator, there were some broken tiles no big deal we were able to maneuver around never thought about it again. Room smelled of mildew . We got settled in around 2 AM to be awoken by jackhammers and barking dogs before 9 AM. Called the desk to inquire what in the world the sound was and they were oblivious. While trying to settle back down, housekeeping knocked on the door an hour and a half before check-out. Overall bad experience.

Don’t stay!!!!!!! We got a room for four nights and we noticed the room smelled a little like mold, we thought maybe it was our pool towels.. the last day I decided to look in the A/C unit and come to find, huge white mold spores in the A/C unit. Me and my 3 children were breathing this mold in for 4 days while we sleep and in the room. I brought it to the front desk attention they didn’t really care, didn’t want to give me a refund. The most rude front desk person!!!! I would never stay here again! I hope we don’t get sick, because I will sue this place, my son was already complaining about a headache. And please don’t write me back with some sorry ass excuse or apologies La Quinta I will always say how horrible this place is and will never recommend!!! and I will be going on ALL travel sites to post my pictures and let people know, how rude and disgusting your staff is, who don’t care about people’s well being.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were well cleaned and beds were comfy. We stayed 5 nights at this location and the first 3 nights were great. The forth night there was a toddler screaming and crying in the hallway at 3:45 am, not the hotels fault but we were then awake for the rest of the night. On night 5, there was what appeared to be a homeless person that snuck in and was sleeping on the couch outside the third floor elevator. Had I not been with my family and if it was not our last night here, I would have been frightened and immediately checked out.

It smelled amazing when we walked in the lobby everything was very clean. Breakfast was good too lots of options
