Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf City North by IHG

Good location but problem checking in. Said I had cancelled my booking! I had not. Had to contact hotel com to resolve it. Meant a 1 hour delay on my holiday! Staff unhelpful initially but eventually were more helpful.

Only there for a few hours but staff very helpful

Lovely rooms basic but comfortable

Good stay, Ubers available to take you into town, and friendly staff. The pullout beds could be a little comfier, but still did the job. Breakfast included for the morning if you want to eat as well, and desk is always staffed. Would use this place again

Very basic hotel, in remote location but tram and train station very nearby made it effortless to get around

If you like having a pillow on your bed don’t stop here, holiday inn sell this room as a room for 4 people but didn’t leave enough pillows to use on the worlds most uncomfortable sofa bed, when we went to reception to ask if we could have more pillows, Eric the person behind reception just shook his head and said it’s too late, also pointing out only 2 cups, why sell for 4 people if the rooms can’t accommodate more than 2 people.

We spent the night here with the Sleep, Park & ​​Fly package. Really perfect, highly recommended! For 130.00 euros we could spend the night, have breakfast, have a return shuttle to the airport (15 minutes max.) and leave our car at home for a week. Called the shuttle service when we had our suitcases on the way back and the driver was at the door in no time. Next time we fly from Düsseldorf, we will book here again.
