Very polite and friendly staff (reception, food & beverage, housekeeping) Breakfast so value for money. Clean room, free wifi. Fotis and his food & beverage team are so professional. Walking distance to train station and someone is to Anuga Messe, Koln in 50 minutes. See you in Anuga 2025 paidia !!!

Great location, short walk to trams and trains, staff speak English and are very helpful. Buffet simple but sufficient.

The hotel has been refurbished and has a fresh modern look. All the staff were really helpful both day and night. Booking taxis, looking after bags and reuniting me with my phone! The rooms are small for a family but adequate and we didn’t spend much time there. The main bed was really comfy. Servicing was excellent everyday especiallyaround all our stuff! Breakfast was lovely. A cold continental style buffet with lots of choice which suited adults and the children. There was no food available in the evening but you can order in and sit downstairs or there’s a macdonalds across the road if you’re really stuck! Public transport is close by and it does not take long to get into town.

After arriving by bicycle and soaked in the rain, the staff helped by letting us use their laundry facilities to dry our clothes. Thanks for a great stay

Hotel clean, nice room very warm but all in all good Breakfast was awful, cold poor selection and not a nice taste. Staff in the whole hotel are lively and helpful, Tara lounge is rather expensive and the menu for doing the package deal is small and actually works out better buying it separately.

I like the quietness around the area. The property is beautiful What I don't like: The room were too small for 4 people and there was a big stains on the bed linen it's looks like blood stains. The room was spacious, but whenever they clean the room, they do not always clean the carpet, I don't know why!
