Property Notes

The resort's room are split into 3 wings: All the seaview rooms and suites are located at the Thani Wing (beachfront), The Water Park and the Family room and Pool Access Family is located at the (Vhari Wing), the garden and pool view rooms are located at Bhuri Wing (garden). Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separate card. Booking made from 1 Feb 2026 onwards are inclusive of Compulsory Gala Dinner for Xmas’s Eve (24 Dec 2026) and New Year’s Eve (31 Dec 2026) for 2 Adults in the room rates, except Grand Deluxe room include 2 Adults and 2 Children (4 - 12 years old) . Additional person are required to pay at the property at THB 3000/ child and THB 6000 per adults for Xmas eve, and THB3500/child and THB 7000/ adult for New year’s eve. Apply only for Booking.com direct inventory. To ensure a pleasant breakfast experience for everyone, we kindly request that guests dine at their designated wing's restaurant: Bhuri Wing: Seacret Restaurant, Vhari Wing: Pippin Restaurant, Thani Wing: Chom Talay Restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We had a fantastic family stay at this resort. It was very family friendly with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout the trip. There were plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy. Our 3 year old son enjoyed the new Club Tully at the Vhari Wing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenient facilities and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a great balance of fun for the children and relaxation for parents. We would definitely recommend this resort for families looking for an enjoyable holiday experience.

"Worth the money"

Vhari wing the new one perfect for kids . Food was amazing as well . Best and clean can’t ask for anything more . U just don’t feel like stepping out of the resort

Some staff were unable to communicate in English , specially when we did mention vegetarian options nothing was made available at the buffet apart from a cheese toast and noodles - which obviously is not a common choice for breakfast .

Most things

Pay for beach sun bed, and sauna and ice bath, changed our room because they was Renovating the area we booked. Shouldnt have took our booking on. Only told use when we paid that they changing our room. And the room they gave us was nearly dun they said the electrics was all over the place. Power used to turn off random
