Property Notes

The resort's room are split into 3 wings: All the seaview rooms and suites are located at the Thani Wing (beachfront), The Water Park and the Family room and Pool Access Family is located at the (Vhari Wing), the garden and pool view rooms are located at Bhuri Wing (garden). Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separate card. Booking made from 1 Feb 2026 onwards are inclusive of Compulsory Gala Dinner for Xmas’s Eve (24 Dec 2026) and New Year’s Eve (31 Dec 2026) for 2 Adults in the room rates, except Grand Deluxe room include 2 Adults and 2 Children (4 - 12 years old) . Additional person are required to pay at the property at THB 3000/ child and THB 6000 per adults for Xmas eve, and THB3500/child and THB 7000/ adult for New year’s eve. Apply only for Booking.com direct inventory. Beach was lovely! The breakfast had a wide range of food, suited for all needs. We had a swim up room which was lovely in the bhuri wing.

This hotel is a very good allrounder. We stayed in the Thani Wing and we suggest you ask for the top two floors for privacy and the best view of the sea. Be careful the other two wings are across on the other side of the road and will not give you the same experience in our opinion. The left side from the sea is more of an adult area near to the beach and the best restaurants. This island is busy with lots of things to do but this hotel is like an oasis of calm. There are multiple restaurants, pools and beach bars to choose from and it is, in our opinion, on the best beach on the island. If you want beach and nightlife action then go to Patong but in our opinion you are still better to stay here and use it as your base.

All was perfect from the room with exclusive access to the pool, to the perfectly clean room, to the comfy beds and the delicious breakfast. The staff was also very competent and friendly. One night our neighbors were noisy (at 4am) and we called the front desk and in few minutes the problem was resolved.
