Property Notes

The resort's room are split into 3 wings: All the seaview rooms and suites are located at the Thani Wing (beachfront), The Water Park and the Family room and Pool Access Family is located at the (Vhari Wing), the garden and pool view rooms are located at Bhuri Wing (garden). Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separate card. Booking made from 1 Feb 2026 onwards are inclusive of Compulsory Gala Dinner for Xmas’s Eve (24 Dec 2026) and New Year’s Eve (31 Dec 2026) for 2 Adults in the room rates, except Grand Deluxe room include 2 Adults and 2 Children (4 - 12 years old) . Additional person are required to pay at the property at THB 3000/ child and THB 6000 per adults for Xmas eve, and THB3500/child and THB 7000/ adult for New year’s eve. Apply only for Booking.com direct inventory. To ensure a pleasant breakfast experience for everyone, we kindly request that guests dine at their designated wing's restaurant: Bhuri Wing: Seacret Restaurant, Vhari Wing: Pippin Restaurant, Thani Wing: Chom Talay Restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "An amazing stay on a gorgeous beach with excellent breakfast, though next time I'll opt for a poolside room!"

The property was exceptionally clean, and having separate towels for both the room and the beach provided daily was a great touch. The location is incredible, offering direct access to the most beautiful beach. Breakfast was served right on the beach, which made for an amazing start to each day.

I stayed on the second floor this time. While it was nice, next time I would definitely choose a first-floor room for direct, step-out access to the pool.

"As always, beautiful"

We have just returned from our eighth visit to Katathani. We regularly visit this time of year to escape the winter at home and yes the surf can be a bit wild but the pools are amazing and we’ve found the weather is generally lovely, not the oppressive humidity around the end of year. We always see the same happy smiling staff year on year and a big shout out to all the restaurant staff who are impeccable in their presence and attitude. It would be remiss of me to not mention the breakfast staff at Chom Talay who work tirelessly and positively under what must be sometimes trying conditions. Very much looking forward to seeing the room renovations once completed as well, as work had commenced during our visit. Lastly, a huge thank you to management and the concierge team for accommodating us due to our unforeseen circumstance, it was very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.

"Great Hotel, Just One Small Issue"

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the service. However, when we first entered the room, we noticed that a teaspoon still had coffee residue on it. Unfortunately, this gave us a slightly negative first impression. Aside from that, everything was clean and well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
