The room is very nice the breakfast is good and the staff Aery honey Peary very nice

Praticamente tudo, gostei do quarto como um todo, o café da manhã é delicioso e tem várias opções, as piscinas são ótimas, a vista é deslumbrante, amei muito tudo.

São apenas pequenos detalhes, mas acredito que a piscina infantil poderia abrir mais cedo. E na rua, tem um cheiro desagradável de esgoto. Isso sendo resolvido, a estadia será nota mil. Ah, e um ponto de atenção, logo quando cheguei de viagem, na recepção eles poderiam ter mais calma nas explicações. O inglês da recepcionista não era muito bom e após uma viajem longa, é difícil de compreender tudo que é falado no dia.

Bed sheet smells odour, lobby staff seemed to pay more attention to foreigners ( we are Thai), was difficult to get their attention unless you need to wait until they serve all foreigners then next is you. Most of the staff are friendly though.

We have been visiting Katathani Resort for the last 25 years and have seen it evolve into an incredible resort. It is perfectly positioned having the beach in the front & then surrounded by beautiful gardens, pools etc. The staff are exceptional & friendly from the gardeners, security, restaurant staff & management. They are true professionals. We visited most of the restaurant - a favourite is Fishermans Wharf as it is casual & situated alongside the beach, but also the elegant Flame & Prime not forgetting the Teppanyaki - food was sensational & chefs so much fun. Should you wish to relax & experience a beautiful holiday in an amazing resort with a wonderful ambience that no other resort can offer I would suggest you make a booking. There are the big Five Star Hotels but none can compete with this gem of a hotel. Great value, cleanliness is impeccable, noise level non existent unless renovations happening but you should check this before booking and not complain afterwards. Service is wonderful.

The out door play area for kids was the only good thing about this resort

Our family all got gastro 6 out of 9 people and we spoke to six other families who also had vomiting and diaoreah , the staff employed to clean don’t know how to clean and have spread a virus throughout the resort we were there for a 40th and 8th birthday and spent the whole time with our heads In the toilets , we only ate at the resort as we thought it was safe , turns out everyone staying got sick

Worth the price. Very friendly staff and kids heaven for activities.

The hotel is great. We stayed at Tanni Tower with beautiful scenery, but it kept raining a few days ago. Today, we have to leave and it will only be sunny. We will come again next time we have the chance.jenny and earth and parry Very good service
