"Great location, cosy & comfortable."

The location was very good, close to the markets, restaurants and beautiful buildings. The room was a little on the small size but we did get the basic room. The wardrobe however, was not really useable as it did not have shelving inside it. A mini fridge would have also been a nice addition so that we could of had cold drinks in our room. The hot water was very good. We were also able to drop off our bags in the morning and check in later on. The hotel had a nice boutique feel, it was very cosy.

The pool was ice cold, heating for it would have been a nice addition.

location is great

the hotel is so overpriced. it is too expensive for the quality it offers. The room quality is not equivalent to the price we payed in other hotels in Mexico. the shower didnt have enough water and it was not warm enough, sheets and towels were not as expected. The walls sounded like paper! Noise was all around and all the time: the courtyard was in the middle of the hotel, ok, but there were some other noises from some kind of machines working. Whats more: when ee arrived we had these problems with our room: toilet and TV was not working. toilet was promplty fixed not the TV. They’ve changed our room and gave us 10% discount for the 2 nights after our request and complaints.

"Una visita agradable en el corazón de Oaxaca"

Nos encantó el servicio del personal, amables y muy eficientes. El servicio de restaurante funciona muy bien. Las áreas comunes del hotel son muy bonitas y agradables espacios de terraza.

El tamaño de la suite era cómodo aunque las camas estaban duras y el baño podría remodelarse y ser más cómodo para compartir con tres personas.

Huge room, great period details at the hotel

Room was very dated, there was no water pressure in the shower so it was almost impossible to use. It needed descaling as a minimum.

Location was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are always very clean.

Maybe the size of the rooms and Parking lot that is closer to the hotel.
