"No pudimos dormir debido al ruido en la habitación!"

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca del centro, el personal muy amable en general también y el hotel es bonito.

Nuestra habitación (503) parece que se encontraba justo debajo o al lado de las bombas del aire acondicionado porque hubo un ruido extremadamente molesto toda (toda!) la noche que nos impidió descansar.

La struttura è esteticamente molto bella nella parte comune, con arredamento particolare. Camere ampie.

Avevamo chiesto alla reception di essere chiamati appena la camera fosse stata pronta, dato che non stavo bene, ma non è stato fatto. In generale, la comunicazione con lo staff è stata pessima (anche parlando spagnolo). Servizio molto lento. La camera e il bagno avevano una scarsa manutenzione. Il water era palesemente rotto ed era stato lasciato così al nostro arrivo.

"Bonito y bien hubicado"

El hotel es bonito y muy bien ubicado en el centro de Oaxaca. El hotel esta decorado con pinturas y objetos de arte y artesanía. Alrededor pudimos encontrar buenas cafeterías y restaurantes. Es realmente pet friendly.

La habitación que nos dieron era pequeña.

Que no tuvieran estacionamiento y ni siquiera ofrecieran una alternativa, Fue después de mucho insistir qué al 2do día nos dieron un estacionamiento

"Bella struttura ma..."

La struttura è molto carina e in una buonissima posizione per muoversi in tranquillità.

Staff inesistente. Contattati su booking per avere maggiori info in merito al check in e all'eventuale cena e mai ricevuto risposta. Siamo arrivati la mattina presto alle 7 e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di lasciare i bagagli. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere la camera prima e ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero chiamato per avviarci. Nessuna chiamata e siamo rientrati più volte a chiedere. Veramente pessimo. Do 6 solo perché la struttura è molto bella
