"Rooms are great, the rest of the facilities need a little maintenance"

The staff was friendly. It was very close to main Street and we slept well. The little town is pretty cute and there were plenty of door dash options in the area.

We booked it because it said online that it has a hot tub next to the pool and has guest laundry. Once we arrived the front desk lady said that the dryer is not working, the hot tub was off. Also I love eggs for breakfast but there were no eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) or coffee cups or milk at 8:45 for breakfast. That is probably because I was there towards the end of breakfast service. Those are rather minor complaints. Beds were soft and we slept well.

Good service however no eggs for continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday. If you show you offer eggs then have them or don’t advertise.

Not wanting to put more egg out even though breakfast is still within time to serve.

Location and really clean rooms

They have to improve the breakfast. Bacon is really soggy and the eggs undercooked. The bathtubs were clogged and still waiting for maintenance to come.

"Great affordable stay for exploring the wineries in Fredericksburg"

Close to the wineries, great breakfast, everyone was friendly.

Wish they had outlets closer to the bed and the elevator was making noises.
