The phone in my room didn’t work, there was no remote control for the TV - had to go to front desk (twice), the iron didn’t get hot, and the ironing board could barely stand.

Location

The staff..we accidentally left some clothing behind..our fault, however they agreed to ship it to us which I provided a credit card. They never shipped it and kept lying to me that they did. It never arrived..if they never intended to, just say that they cannot.

Easy to find the property. The staff member at check-in was very nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast area was well-stocked and tasted good.
