Great bed provided great sleep and great selection of tea

Hair dryer, or plug, was not working. Would like a face cloth and a wee biscuit other tea tray would be nice.

Comfortable large room with lovely bed, and very dog friendly. Great stop over.

Nothing but didn’t try breakfast.

A convenient quiet location outside Inverness. The location suited us. The room was fine, breakfast too.

In a hotel that looked almost empty we were refused the opportunity to change our noisy room. In a hotel without a proper bar, we found getting one drink in a lounge with only one other couple took about twenty minutes following our request. Staff failure of communication I suspect.

The bed was so comfortable

The shower head wasn’t very clean and we didn’t understand what the staff was saying

All meals good. Short of staff in dinning and other public areas

Short staffed in public areas. Small dining room portions. Particularly lack of any biscuits or shortbread on the bedroom tea trays. The overpriced chocolate sold at reception

Superbe hôtel typique écossais. Le décor est sublime. Il est très bien situé pour aller sur Inverness. La nourriture était très bonne et les chambres très bien.(lits confortables) Bref une valeur sûre pour les vacances en Écosse.

The hotel building was very nice and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The two rooms I booked had neither wash cloths or complimentary water, even though we saw the items on the housekeeping cart. The rooms were warm, one of the wall heaters wasn't working.
