Lovely place

The shower fell down and hose was burst, same in both rooms!

Great location and ambience. Staff very helpful

Just a quibble really, the bathroom was somewhat stark..although functional

helpful and friendly staff, good evening meal.

The welcome by reception. The lady was very helpful and welcoming.

The service for dinner was appalling and fell way below what you would expect at this price point. There was only 1 x member of staff covering the whole restaurant which is crazy! In addition, why offer a lounge menu if, after we had ordered, we were then told we weren't allowed to eat in the lounge! When we queried why another couple had been allowed we were told this was only for guests with dogs! As a business traveller I didn't want to disturb other guests with my laptop in the main restaurant but that is what we had to do in the end. It's a shame but I will not use the hotel again due to the above.

Room was clean Bed was comfortable.

Tired property in need of upgrade in some areas. Corridors were freezing. Really noisy floorboards meant I could hear every step in the room next door. Shower didn’t have much water coming out of it and didn’t seem to adjust.
