The person working at check in had to be on drugs. Eyes half shut, couldn't keep things straight and didn't activate our room keys. She looked pretty bad. The rest of staff that we saw looked pretty ruff too. I don't recommend this hotel unless they improve their staff. We really didn't feel that safe or comfortable in there.

"Slipping a little, but still a good value"

Have chosen Holiday Inn for decades, so we have a longstanding reference. Front desk staff were personable and efficient. Service was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Linens provided were bare bones. Small towels of only fair quality. Bed comfort and pillows were good. Breakfast had a nice variety but the sausages are tasteless.

We loved the experience so much we made sure to stay on our way back home too. Very clean! Super friendly staff! Very accommodating with our last minute 1:45am reservation! The beds are very comfortable the showers were hot and great water pressure! I’d give them a 20 out of 10! Thank you so much for making our stays enjoyable.
