I want to start by saying my review is NOT a reflection of the staff! The staff I encountered were some of the nicest hotel staff Ive dealt with throughout multiple stays this year alone. With that said, my son is an amputee and wheelchair user and upon arrival we were told that there was no elevator and we had a room on the second floor! The room was booked very close to our stay and by the comments of staff the elevator has not been working while they wait for parts….. that should be expressed to patrons looking to atay

Hotel is clean but rooms are a bit small for what you pay. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good.
Property was clean and the morning breakfast was nice but the rug in our room was dirty and the indoor pool was cloudy
We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Cooperstown! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and we were pleased to find our room spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The location is perfect—just a short drive from the Baseball Hall of Fame and close to restaurants, shops, and scenic spots around town. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere after a busy day exploring the area. The indoor pool and fitness center were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options to start the day right. Everything about our stay felt easy and relaxed. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone visiting Cooperstown. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! PS: Special thanks to the General Manager (Christina) for the BEST stay as a Platinum (Spire/Diamond several years) Member since 2001.
Good location, comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly staff
This hotel is located near a baseball field used for children’s’ baseball tournaments. We had 12 years old running around and slamming doors until 11:30 pm. Apparently the parents and hotel stall decided this wants an issue and continued to let it go on. Breakfast was not great.
