At Property as nice and clean as it is, the customer service I experienced from a range of staff was personable, I feel the empowerment instilled in every associate. Notables began with Saad inquiring whether our experience was good, when I expressed my disappointments he encouraged a face to face at my convenience at the front desk, this is where I first meet Kristy Leonard was determined to fix my experience. And she did a number of times including up to her shift ending by assisting me to locate a pair of glasses my wife most likely didn’t bring… And Andy’s drying the pool deck furniture. Everything was wonderful from the staff, room, breakfast, and location. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. This will be our location to book when visiting Daytona Beach.
