"I can’t wait to come back"

We went and checked in to a Hilton down the street and it was not acceptable so I told my husband let’s give it one more try or we will head back north and when we came into the lobby the smell was such a wonderful fragrance. Then when we seen the Front desk representative awaiting for us . She was very pretty and polite and looked very professional. The warm welcome made me feel like I was where i needed to be .. Miss Kristy listened at my horrible experience and I asked her for an upgrade since I was a diamond member and she did .. She also thanked me for being a diamond member since 2007 . Miss Kristy was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding things to do . Our rooms was very clean and neat and smelled sooo good . We was right by the elevator and it still didn’t bother us .. it was not noisy at all .. I highly recommend this property and if you see Miss Kristy she will most definitely make you feel at home and welcome you with open arms. I rate her 1000/10..
