Andi in the spa went above and beyond, offering to come set up a room oxygen machine after hours if we needed it. Great staff, clean, and wonderful amenities!

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

One of the pool areas was next to a construction site so it was very noisy.

Very friendly staff, beautiful views despite a lot of construction. Food options were limited, esp with allergies. Great outdoor activities & fun guides! Great location.

The staff were so incredibly nice. The room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

The front desk help, lift operators and housekeeping were great. Breakfasts were good. We decided not to go to town on our last night and eat at Chet's, huge mistake. The ribs, mac and cheese and coleslaw were horrid. Should have returned and walked out but have never done that and will definitely do in future. I have absolutely no idea what was in the soupy coleslaw, but it did not belong. The mac and cheese tasted like Velveeta and the ribs were not smoked or grilled, God only knows how they were cooked. The bland sauce that was on them was designed to cover the awful way they were cooked. They may have fallen off the bone, but the pork had NO flavor. The breakfast waitstaff of Jorge and unfortunately, I forgot the Caribbean woman's name, they were great, personable and understood the importance of coffee. The first evening there we wanted a quiet glass of wine outside, it took 20 minutes for the server to bring them, and the restaurant was VERY quiet and there were many servers standing around.
