Exceptionally friendly and helpful girl from NC at front desk. Rooms are gorgeous with comfy beds, cold A/C, great shower, etc. Really beautiful property.

"Excellent staff, beautiful mountain town, wonderful resort"

The staff was particularly amazing! Shout out to Sophia, Abby, Bell men (didn’t catch their names), Chet’s bar & grill staff. Very hospitable and accommodating. Our room layout was very well planned, modern amenities, great for family of 8. It was a room with a loft with a bunk bed.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and it caused my back to strain. It was disappointing given that everything else was so wonderful.

Beautiful room, nicely decorated. Excellent free breakfast, and great food overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The heated outdoor poor overlooked the mountain.
