From arriving at the beautiful Bill Bensley Art Deco hotel (a particular favourite of mine) we were cared for with such a personal touch and flair that we felt so very “at home” in this special city. The hotel’s location allowed us to explore other parts of Siem Reap and although we expected a reasonably good level of service (being familiar with Park Hyatt standards) we were simply “knocked out” by what we experienced during our stay. Kind and caring staff who go the extra mile and then some, a terrific SPA, great food at every venue at reasonable prices and value-for-money. This was our 5th visit to Siem Reap - we've now found our new favourite place to stay.

Was a little disappointed with the degustation fine-dining experience at the restaurant. It was a little off the mark eg some dishes were a little overcooked and we were not especially keen on the balance of flavours.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. I love how they have students working there who were all great. Rooms are super comfy and high quality. Really easy to get to all the spots in Siem Reap.
