Location convenient. Loved the fact there was indoor/outdoor pool options.

Indoor pool cold, hot tub Luke warm. Room was right above entry so door slams, and very loud. Not given option for first or second floor. I know it’s my mistake for not making sure it’s 100% ADA but definitely not. For size of hotel 2 handicap spots.

"I probably won’t stay here again."

The property is very dated and worn. The parking lot is not lit so it was very unnerving to come and go at night as a solo traveler. There was a function one night in the breakfast room behind the pool. I could hear it in my room on the other side of the building. I had a hard time getting to sleep that night.

"Clean and Comfortable Stay"

My wife and I booked a reservation as a walk in due to some car trouble in the middle of the night. Michael and Trudy were very helpful at concierge and we were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay for the night. They even went above and beyond to clean up some confusion with our reservation, and reached out to refund an extra charge that shouldn't have been there, even though we were unaware and wouldn't have known the difference. If we even happen to be in Dennis again, we will definitely be returning to Ambassador Inn.

Everything was great the help very friendly and everything was so clean we celebrated our 80 anniversary and had a great stay thank you Maggie and ed

Climbing the stairs to get to our room but I should of ask for the first floor when I booked the place were in our 80 so it's not there fault
