The location is great. I was there for a tennis tournament at Mid-Cape Tennis, which was less than 10 minutes away. The room was clean and spacious.

No gym! I ended up having to pay $20 at a nearby Planet Fitness. Also, keep in mind that there is no elevator so guests with mobility issues should request the 1st floor.

The area seemed safe and it was convenient. The staff was okay, limited reaction with them. There was no elevator which should have been noted on their website. We smelled cigarette smoke in our room Friday night.
